Because I totally see a few other things than just a face.

I see a fish that doubles as one of Lugia's eyes, and that mass could be either an Easter Island Head/those rock formations you find in the Grand Canyon WHAT, a Hercules beetle, a suit of armor, or a silhouette of Team Rocket's Jesse. =P
